Learning English Over a Cup of British Tea
Our English conversation lesson turned into a true British experience! Following English instructions step by step, students prepared their own cups of traditional black tea with milk served with delicious shortbread biscuits. After tasting the tea, students discussed British manners and etiquette, such as politeness and patience. Many of them tried tea with milk for the first time and shared their opinions about the flavour. Learning English is not just about grammar — it is also about understanding the British culture.
